GOAL LOST 30 LBS IN 90 DAYS - Starting The Tim Ferriss Slow Carb Diet Tomorrow

It's January 23, 2014 at 3:36 pm Eastern Time here in Toronto Canada and preparing to start Tim Ferriss' Slow Carb Diet in hopes of losing 30 pounds of pure fat in 90 days.

Following the entire Slow Carb Diet Plan to the letter including taking cold showers every day and prescribed supplements.

SLOW CARB DIET PLAN RULES

  1. Do not drink calories (except for 1 to 2 glasses of dry red wine per night)
  2. Eat the same few meals every day
  3. Cold showers
  4. Protein within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning
